We are pleased to announce that ENCOM Lda. has successfully completed a Microwave Technology Refreshment Project for one of our valued clients operating in Block 15, offshore Angola.
Building on this success, we are currently working on expanding and enhancing these capabilities to additional offshore locations, reinforcing our dedication to long-term technological advancement in Angola’s energy sector.
This critical infrastructure project involved the replacement of legacy microwave communication systems with state-of-the-art AVIAT Networks space diversity equipment. The upgrade was finalized last year and represents a significant step toward enhancing the reliability and performance of offshore communications.
Importantly, this project was executed by a team of local Angolan engineers, underscoring ENCOM’s strong commitment to the national Local Content initiative. We take pride in contributing to the development of local expertise and strengthening Angola’s technical workforce.
